Refund & Subscription Policy

This policy explains how payment, access, and refunds work for Magspire Premium access.

1. What You’re Paying For

Magspire Premium access unlocks:

• Full access to JAMB CBT practice exams and past-question practice
• The Personalized Practice Test generator
• Detailed score history and subject-level performance breakdowns
• Participation in the Learn & Earn leaderboard (see Official Rules)

2. Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Paystack and/or OPay. We do not store your card or bank account details.
• Current pricing is clearly displayed on the payment screen before you confirm your transaction.
• Payment is a one-time subscription fee for the current admission season’s CBT practice access, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

• Digital access, once granted, is generally non-refundable. Once your account is upgraded to Premium and you have accessed practice exams or past-question content, the digital service has been delivered and cannot be returned.
• Exception (failed or delayed upgrade): If you are charged but your account is not upgraded to Premium within a reasonable time due to a technical error, contact support with your payment reference for immediate investigation and either account activation or a refund.
• Exception (accidental duplicate charge): If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate transaction will be refunded upon verification.
• Refund requests must be sent to contact.magspire@gmail.com or WhatsApp +2349030922105 with your username and payment reference. We aim to respond within 4 business days.

4. Renewal and Access Duration

• Premium access covers the stated season/cycle (e.g. the current JAMB/Post-UTME admission cycle) as described at the time of purchase.
• Access does not automatically renew or auto-charge unless explicitly agreed to at checkout.
• If a new season requires renewed payment, you will receive advance notice before access expires.

5. Account Suspension and Refund Forfeiture

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Academic Integrity Policy, including credential sharing or leaderboard manipulation, no refund will be issued for the remaining access period.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for future subscriptions or renewal cycles. Price adjustments do not affect access already purchased.
